Too bad we could't go escape.

HEy, I will remove my link from the blog soon, since I am no longer part of you. After this year ba. YEa guess you guys know, I am retained, the only one from this class I hope. You guys were great, hope those who hated me don't anymore, not out of pity but truly understanding me for who I am. I don't wanna bid my farewell, I really think I will miss you guys. Anyway I am not leaving, I am just gonna go on as a J1, be your junior, whatever. I love you guys. Sincerely I do. I will remember you guys always.

heyy class.

I dunno, I feel that the past few days with you guys were really special. Especially the class lunches and dinners and outings. I thought a lot, and I wanna apologise if I ever hurt anyone before. I realised just recently that, putting aside differences, putting aside myself and learn to have fun with you all proved worthy.

I think I would be retained. I just wanna thank everyone for everything. I will definitely miss this special unique class. We had our share of fun and joy. and I think all the unhappiness and obstacles actually bonded us closer.

Hey, I was thinking about our class, and suddenly this story flashed in my mind. WAnna share with you guys.

This story was spread around from email a time ago, and when my english teacher told my sec2 class about it, we were so touched we became more bonded than ever, and I remember we even used it as a story to enter a story-telling competition at that time. Hopefully it wins your heart as much as it touched mine. I shall write it my style since I can't find that email and dont remember the exact story anymore.

There was once in this class, where Jack used to be in. Jack is a boy from a broken family and he has a more violent nature so he wasn't well-acquainted with his classmates. In fact he was boycotted and he settled down to that fact, using only intimidation to settle problems and has few friends to hang around with.

Jack was not only the one with problems with his class. In fact his class was a class of too many different DISTINCT cliques and the teacher was really hurt by the fact that the kids do not bond at all. The teacher was at a despair of what to do with the class to make them unite as one, and seriously thinking of giving up on them. She did try to make the class understand each other but in the end all each of them saw of one another was the differeces and were unwilling to accept them.

Unfortunately, when Jack was on the way home one day in his motorbike, which many girls and even some boys secretly thought he looked suave in it but never expressed it as afraid to be linked with him, he was involved in an accident and fell into a coma.

He never woke up.

At the funeral, which the whole class went to attend, the principal and teacher went up to offer their condolences and offered tribute to this young boy. He could have been a boy full of pricks but many kind words were said of him. EAch of the classmates went up to offer their little speech to send the boy on his way, and at this point of time, no one could bring himself to say bad stuff about the dead boy. The teacher was at first doubtful about what the kids said, but slowly she observed some sincerity from the children.

This girl said,"There was once on the way home when I saw Jack rescuing an injured kitten from the drain, got himself dirty but he did not care about anything except to get the kitten to safety. He even gave the kitten his lunch."

Another boy chipped in,"He wasn't violent to everyone. I may have thought he was a bad boy who showed his fist at everyone but the only time I saw it from him was when he showed it to a thief who tried to steal money from a little boy."

Slowly everyone thought of a good deed they witnessed of Jack, a boy whom everyone thought he wouldn't possess any kind heart. These were sincere, true comments of Jack, and it is sad that Jack has to hear it only when he has parted the world, isn't it? Had he known it earlier, wouldn't his social life be more enriching? Wouldn't he be able to bring more smiles to the worlds of everyone?

So the teacher got the children to sit down in a circle, each with a paper and a pencil. She got everyone to write their own names at the top of the paper and pass to the one on the left. The one who got the paper from the friend would right one GOOD point about the person whose name was on the paper. The good points were not to be repeated by the second person. So, the class of 24 got 23 different good points of themselves at the end of the activity. Not only that, each of them had the whole activity time to think of each other's good points, and never harbour bad thoughts of each other.

"Wow I dint know he thought so good of me.."

"Hey she actually thought that I am pretty!"

"Maybe he ain't so bad after all.."

See, when everyone knew and thought of each other's strong points, they can show each other more smiles and not scowls. Believe me, at the end of sec2 when we get to split classes, my class sent a chain email to each and everyone of our class, and we did this activity. WE learn a lot from this, just as the kids of Jack's class. Today I tell you this story, to let you know, that we should appreciate each other and not harp on their flaws.

I wish, and wish upon the stars and the sky that may we, 06s306, be more mature after this incident and maybe we can do this activity to get everyone together again.

United we stand.Divided we fall.

Oh my god guys! Sorry for the LONG WAIT! BUT this class website is officially up and running!!! Layout credits and codings to me so THANK ME OKAY! HAHAHA... So happy that it's finally up.. gotta add contents to it very very soon so stay tuned okay! People with pics please send it for future blog layouts hahahaa... oh well well.

Today's the second day of the resting days after mid years have ended. Hai. Just don't think about it already. Don't worry about results. And thankfully it isn't promos. =P Jia you for other tests and exams bah! GANBATTE.

Hey guys, Mr Yeow's bio lectures 2, 3 and 4 are already up for download on the class site.

Some of you may have had problems listening to the first one as it was in .rar format. No Ain, that is not a new sound format. That is the file extension for all WINRAR files. As some people in the class do not have WINRAR, the new file is in .zip format. Both WINRAR and WINZIP ahould have no problems opening them.

If you guys still have problems, drop me an email ok? Thanks

Oh ya, the files will only be hosted till the 13 May 2006.
